not true at all. a bunch of Pi Kapps in the mid 90s bought it from the landlord. KS never had a house until recently. KA, SN and SAE all had houses but they were owned by alumni and eventually taken away. ATO has the old SAE house. SN's was sold and KA, I think still has their's but they aren't allowed to use it.
