Rushing as an older student is never an issue. Wether you're a transfer student or otherwise, fraternities do not discriminate between 18-19 year olds and 20-21 year olds. If anything, you'll be one of the older guys in your pledge class, which is never a bad thing- generally you just end up buying the booze for your PC.
