It isn't necessarily hard to get a position in a sorority! But you do need to put in the effort/show you're interested in a position and be qualified for the position. For living in, all sororities have different criteria. ADPi, Exec positions live in + maybe some others too, Sigma Kappa, both Exec & Junior Exec live in (only certain positions) and Alpha Phi has two houses so Exec is in one & Junior exec in the other!
