I'm confused as to how "pi kappa alpha" can throw all these sick parties when they have no fraternity house or annexes? Sigma chi either throws good parties or lame ones. Theta chi throws good parties but can't use any of their annexes due to suspension. Kappa sig and EX will have the best parties this year.
