Is it confirmed yet? I couldn't imagine EXs nationals still wanting to back them after some of their members have allegedly committed felony criminal acts. Breaking and entering + grand vandalism are some hefty felony charges were jail sentences are mandatory. Also if EXs charter gets pulled are they going to become a local fraternity, or go through a reorganization?
