Fraternities need school affiliation, everyone leaving school affiliation isn't realistic. Middle houses that do good in recruitment will rise up and become top houses. I see nothing but potential in Sigma Nu, Phi Tau, and Kappa Sigma. All 3 of them will supposedly have annex houses next year in good locations. This isn't the first time top houses (Sigma Pi, Sigma Chi) have been wiped off the map in Chico's history. Between 2002-2005 there were over 17 school affiliated fraternities, most of the top houses during this era were kicked off campus, the same is happening again in our era.
