A Chico Delta Chi alumni organization owns the house Kappa Sig currently rents. I believe the Delta Chi alumni offered to rent the house to Kappa Sig for at least all the next school year. (2018-2019) So I am sure Kappa Sig has at least another year to figure out their next move. Delta Chi was always a class act at Chico. I have some friends that will be happy to hear they finally made it back.
