I'd say this is pretty accurate from what I saw too. There isn't any reason for hate, though. Girls want what they want and they drop houses they don't like as well. As for the 98% return rate, all the houses have a very high rate (higher than you'd expect) because most girls want invites back to houses. Think how many don't have a full schedule. Houses are cutting girls like crazy so most girls end up going back. The top houses may have a 99.something % and the lowest tier might have a 95%. It's not as different as she would have you think.
