Every house will tell you the same thing - you get what you put into it. There are some mandatory events (namely, weekly meetings on Sunday for sororities and there will probably be a few more events throughout the semester) but for the most part, it's in your hands. Lots of people in greek life are involved in many different areas of student life. It's up to you to prioritize, and figure out where you want to put your time. With what you listed, I don't think you'll have so much trouble finding time for greek life, though.
