The groups who are going through spring do so because they have room to add more sisters if they want, not because they didn't get enough girls in fall. It's a good way to join a chapter if you KNOW for SURE that you want that specific chapter. The events are smaller and informal, and therefore less pressure than formal recruitment. You can also make closer personal connections with individuals in each chapter since it isn't a super timed crazy rushing process. The drawback is that if you want the formal recruitment experience or aren't familiar with every chapter, you might not find the one for you. Be careful before you choose. But it's all about what's right for YOU.
