This is all sadly very true, but if you actually like the people in these top houses and they like you, don't let these comments stop you from joining. But, at the same time, if you get A Phi, DG, or G phi as one of your final two sororities during recruitment, don't just pick them because they are "top" or higher compared to your other choice. A title doesn't matter. You'll regret being this shallow In the long run when you don't like/fit in with your sorority. Just see who you fit in with and feel the most at home with during recruitment and you'll be good and have a better overall college experience.
