I am going to be a freshman in the fall and am looking for a non bias list of which fraternities are considered to be top house and then down. No I'm not shallow and only want this to know which fraternity to rush. I am curious what the perception is. From reading this forum, I get the impression the top fraternities are Phi Delta Theta and Pike. I have also seen some Fiji and Beta stuff. Would love an actual (non-bias) ranking though! Thanks
