Most fees are affected by the house (like housing fees). I've heard that DZ owns their house which is why their fees are on the lower side. I had no idea what ZTA's was but i'm assuming that it will go up depending on the house they get, and by how much probably isn't too predictable. It's a nice sorority with a lot of girls that are open to meeting new people (probably more than the others as a collective house)
