1. Theta Chi: They have been suspended, but they are still strong in the Greek System. Have great relations with Delta Gamma and Gamma Phi Beta. Show up in large numbers at sorority philanthropies. 2. Pi Kappa Phi: Don't have a house anymore and are still searching. They are still athletic and show up to most sporting events. However, they've recruited some odd guys lately. This house is slowly declining. 3. Sigma Chi: A top middle-tier house that has the potential to rise into the top tier. They are going to have Derby Days this semester which would make them one of the houses to watch out for. So far the only have really good relations with Delta Zeta. They are very selective when giving out bids to potentials. Their house is pretty nice. 4. Kappa Sigma: Still considered top, but pledge classes have been declining lately. They have one of the nicest houses in Greek life, but it's in a bad area. Have very diverse relations with every sorority. They have the most members, but this is due to them giving out bids to almost everyone. Their mentality is "strength in numbers". 5. Zeta Beta Tau: The most diverse Fraternity in IFC. Very chill and laid back guys. Don't have that big of an impact but are on the rise. They are known to throw okay parties, but they are improving. Have good relations with Sigma Kappa and Alpha Omicron Pi. Houses that are OK, but not the best: Delta Chi, Pi Kappa Alpha (known to be douches), Phi Kappa Tau Irrelevant Houses: Phi Kappa Psi, FIJI
