If you want to be a founding member for ZTA go for it, but you have to build a chapter from the ground up. there are no members, no relations with fraternities, no formals, etc. GRADES ARE IMPORTANT! but not everything. some chapters have really high GPAs because they care about school (DZ and A Phi, but from what i've heard A Phi is better).
