Gamma Phi Beta is going downhill with the kind of girls that they are recruiting as of late. Tri Delt will be middle tier still but they have the potential to be top. As for Alpha Phi they are known to party and maybe this is the type of sorority that freshman girls aren't looking for anymore. Delta Zeta can be the #1 house soon. And I don't understand why people aren't giving Delta Gamma credit. I see them being middle tier. AO Pi is also changing for the better good and are recruit more attractive girls.
