I think that only those fraternities that own their houses should be listed. Those who are renting for the most part are renting in areas where they are not allowed to formally exist and cannot put up their letters and are very transient and can move at any time. I may be mistaken but someone "in the know" can correct me. but I think the following fraternities own their houses: SAE, TEKE, PHI TAU, THETA CHI, SIGMA PI, KAPPA SIGMA, DELTA CHI and I heard the Sigma Chi is back in their old house.
