The answer is yes and no. They will let about 10% of the pledge class be juniors. So if there are going to be 50 girls, five of them will be upperclassman. At CSULB, there are usually a lot of juniors going through rush, so it can be a little tougher for juniors, but not impossible. However, almost all juniors to get a placement and there really are a lot of good houses at CSULB.
