Hey. I don't know if you are the OP but I have to wonder if you've reached out to Alpha Epsilon Phi's national or even our CSULB Panhellenic to see if they're open to expansion? Most AEPHI chapters start as a local that then affiliates later with AEPHI, but you need to see if the national even wants to come back at this point in time. I think you need to focus your energy and time with AEPHI national and CSULB panhellenic then wasting your time here. Good luck. Shalom
