There has never been a Greek Row. Fraternities and Sororities have always been spread across the city. Sororities are allowed in residential areas but have to have a conditional use permit. Fraternities are only allowed in Commercial zones. NO FRATERTNITY has ever had a conditional use permit---the City won't approve it. Delta Zeta is the only sorority of the original sororities to purchase a house that is still in their original house. The others have all changed thru the years.
