Whoever Greek RaNK official is doesn't attend Long Beach for his/her selections. I am not an Alpha Phi but they belong in the Top Tier== even if you don't like them---to not have them in the Top is ludicrous and gives no credibility to your selection. Actually with Alpha PHi added to the others in the Top Tier---all four sororities are fairly comparable and have justification as being ranked. It depends on one's taste and view of people where you would place them but it is difficult to rank them due to personal preference.
