It depends on how you look at it Alpha Phi is easy to get into if you're attractive - doesn't matter if you have a bad or weird personality as long as you're pretty enough. But if you're not, hard to get into. Gamma Phi is easy to get into if you have a really good, fun personality.. looks don't matter much. If you're a pretty face with no personality, this would be hard to get into. Delta Zeta is hardest to get into because they recruit girls with good personalities and looks to match. Delta Gamma gets a few DZ type of girls but also have a lot of weirdos slip through the cracks, so pretty easy to get into.
