The real reason aopi can't recruit better girls is because of this website, no one wants to be part of a bottom house . Every year girls are reminded of that so they decided to go with another chapter. Any chapter that's not bottom house. If I wasn't already in a different house then maybe I would try to reshape the chapter into something better. Hope aopi can get back on their feet.
