Most discussion posts on this site are NOT reputable. Sigma chi is known for self ranking and do their best to make themselves appear to be a top house on this website. The top houses (and the houses that get the most hate because of their status) are Kapsig, pikapp, pike, and sig pi. The mid houses are Phi tau, theta chi and Sig chi. The rest are all bottom houses. This post will most likely be downvoted because sigma chi downvotes ANYTHING that says they aren't top. The best thing you can do is go check out the houses for yourself and make your own judgement. good luck with rush!
