This rank is the PHYSICAL houses, not the sororities themselves... Sigma kappa- beautiful house in a gated neighborhood. Very spacious and the inside is nice Gamma phi beta- their dues are expensive because they just remodeled their house and had to take out a loan for it Alpha omicron pi- has a very homey, classic feel. Decently sized too. Delta zeta- great location right by the beach and fairly nice inside. Delta gamma- the largest of the sorority houses. Not in the best area but it's pretty inside, and there is a nice outdoor area with grass. Zeta tau alpha- large house but kind of shabby inside. They need to do what Gphi did. Delta delta delta- average. Smaller in size, okay inside, not a bad area. Alpha phi- small but quaint. It's nicely decorated and in a decent area. Only rated last because it's tiny and doesn't feel like a sorority house
