i honestly disagree, i think the frats rising/falling is directly associated with the quality of guys coming in... "pretty much every frat got a bad class" <- thats wrong af, at least 2 fraternities NOT listed here got good classes if i had to judge your post, you sound like a sigma chi trying to make it seem like you're improving this semester still regardless of your bad class
