The Top Three fraternities are Kappa Sigma, Sigma Pi, Pi Kappa Phi in no order. Their order is up to the individual rating and it varies by personal preference. Sigma Chi is not a TOP fraternity and the fact that they got a large pledge class is NOT an indication of the QUALITY of those members. I would say that Theta Chi, Phi Tau and PIKE would be the next three----again not in order due to personal preference.
