I know almost every fraternity and sorority has a secret page on Facebook. One of the new Sigma Chi's that had just been initiated told me that they have to be "Voted On" to join the page. Seriously, Sigma Chis is becoming dumber and dumber by the second. Just asking, who the hell makes up the rules in this chapter?
