Another one of my brothers has written on this site, one in my pledge class. His name isn't on the post, but knowing every one of my pledge bros well, I have a good feeling about who it is. So here's my experience in Sigma Chi. This fraternity nationally has such a good reputation, but I've been told by numerous alumni that they regret starting the chapter. Many of these alumni value fraternity greatly and coming from them, that's pretty sad. I was also a member since Fall '15 and I have to say that the brotherhood is a complete mess. Believe me when I say what you see and hear from the outside is only a shadow of what's happening on the inside. Every fraternity runs into problems but they power through, together. The Eta Beta chapter of Sigma Chi does not do that. Perhaps this is because of their absolute failure to have an impactful pledgeship, or their inherent individual flaws. Or their numerous financial problems that have haunted them since July 1998. I'm tired of all the lying, deception, and backstabbing that the "brothers" engage in. It's not even a brotherhood, because guess what? We don't even earn our letters. Girls hate us because we're absolute douche bags, our recruitment chair is a loser, and we like to pretend that we're than everyone else. You know the guy that got kicked out of Sigma Chi? He was the only kid that pulled girls. The rest just scratch their nuts while they complain about how no girls want to hang out with them. Nationals should shut us down,
