UMMMM how can Gamma Phi Beta be "top for 50 years" when they haven't even been on campus for 50 years? You might want to ask some of their older alumni what their history was at CSULB. Trust me they were not top in the early 1980's when my aunt was in a sorority at CSULB. They've come a long, long, long way from the early 1980's when they couldn't make quota. According to my aunt: Alpha Phi has consistently been a top house since they were chartered. Delta Zeta has been middle to top for 50 years. Tri-Delta has moved from top to middle. DG has moved up and down top to middle. AOPi-Has stayed the same. Sigma Kappa and ZTA-Had to close their chapters in the 1970's due to declining numbers and then wait to recolonize.
