When I came to Long Beach Pi Kapp was THE fraternity to join. Now they are starting to look like Phi Psi and TKE. The pledge class doesn't look attractive at all. Pi Kapp overall as a fraternity isn't that big nationally. Maybe this is the reason why no one wants to rush them?
