While I don't like a lot of the pike guys, like I hate 90 percent of them, pike has been skyrocketing up the ranks just because they put a lot of effort into things like parties or mobbing to events. They always make sure to bring a lot of guys to the sorority philanthropies and are constantly looking for new guys to recruit even outside of rush. the house could use some study hours and tend to get a bad rep but you gotta give it to them theyve improved massively in the past 2 years
