DSP and Pike are still top houses. DSP still had a pledge class and they still have parties all the time and basically function like all of the other frats, they just aren't associated with the school anymore. And Sigma Nu has surpassed Phi Psi. For some reason the other frats don't like signu but they throw more parties, their members are better looking and less awkward.
