Idk about those posts. I honestly think if you're looking for a solid house that is welcoming and fun and nice and good looking, then I would pick either AOPi or Gamma Phi.. Maybe AXO too but they've seem to be trying too hard to be "top" and come off as fake. Chi O is cool too, just not the most fun or attractive.
