Ksig is definitely not a bottom tier frat. They might not be on the same tier as some of the “tops” like DX lambda and Snu but that doesn’t make them bad by any means. At cal poly, all of the frats in the middle tier below these 3 (like zbt, du, phi psi, ksig, and beta) are relatively similar in terms of their parties and how selective they are at rush. Ksig and beta often get ranked behind some of the other houses in this tier, but this difference isnt as significant as it might seem.
