Can someone explain what, if anything, ZBT does for new members? I know they don't officially have a pledge process but do they initiate upon accepting a bid? Do they mandate interviews or brotherhoods or anything to bond you with the other guys in the frat? Not looking for ZBT slander, looking for actual info.
