as a first year in a top sorority, this is accurate. the downvotes are most likely lambdas who can't accept that there are other good frats on campus. the top spot between snu and dx is personal preference because their vibes are so different and same with rankings within the 3rd tier. I would probably put beta behind ksig and maybe add theta chi somewhere in the fourth tier but other than that this is how the majority of sororities (especially 1st and 2nd years) on campus view the frats.
