Lambda is way too overhyped for what you get. SNU is basically just a better and more likeable version of Lambda. That said Lambda is not "interchangeable" with mid tier frats. Lambda has way more prestige than DU or ZBT among sororities AND among guys coming to poly and rushing. I think they belong on the same tier as Phi Psi.
