Hi, just wanted to set the record straight with REAL FRATERNITY RANKINGS. A little background I will be in my 2nd year of Grad School, I started as a freshman at Cal Poly and immediately joined a sorority. So I will enter my 6th year of knowing the REAL Fraternity rankings. You have been seeing a lot of hate of DU Delta Upsilon, My freshman year they were probably the BOTTOM of the BOTTOM tier, so EVERYONE was considered above them in rank. I heard the same stories that they were ready to fold with only about 5 members and their RICH POWERFUL alumni didn't want to see the OLDEST and at one time MOST PRESTIGEOUS fraternity disappear so they stepped up and built them CAL POLYS ONLY TRUE fraternity mansion where everyone lives under one roof as a family. To be honest the original 5 were a bit weird so the alumni got together to make sure their sons and relatives and their friends could form a core group of attractive men with personality. This core group of Alumni kids and friends and relatives of about 15 recruited the TOP CLASS the first year they moved into their brand new house, YEAR AFTER YEAR they kept RECRUITING THE TOP, and ended up LEAPFROGGING EVERY OTHER fraternity except perhaps Lambda who has been embedded at the top for decades. Fraternities like Sigma Nu, Phi Kappa Psi, Delta Chi, Sig Pi, ZBT and ALL THE OTHERS were now losing their TARGET bids to Delta Upsilon.. MAKE NO MISTAKE Delta Upsilon is a TOP TIER fraternity one of ONLY TWO Lambda being the other that is considered TOP TIER, after those two the QUALITY of membership TAKES A NOSEDIVE so houses like Delta Chi, Sigma Nu by comparison are considered middle tier. HERE IS THE HONEST REAL FRATERNITY RANKING FROM A NON-BIASED 6YEAR TOP TIER SORORITY MEMBER. TOP TIER Delta Upsilon/Lambda Chi Alpha ( in no particular order) MASSIVE GAP MIDDLE TIER Delta Chi, Sigma Nu, ZBT,PHI KAPPA PSI, KS, AEPI and the others ANYONE THAT DISPUTES THIS DOES NOT REALLY ATTEND CAL POLY
