<strong>Subject:</strong><br />Why I accepted a Pi Kapp bid over Phi Psi<br /><br /> Poster Message:
I simply want to preface this with I rushed a lot of the top houses and got a couple bids: Phi Psi, Pi Kapp, and Sigma Pi. I liked the Sigma Pi guys but didn’t like the pledge class so I chose not to go there. No issues with them. Then I got a bid from Phi Psi and was pretty happy to get a bid, but it was so SAD to see how desperate they are for guys who can afford dues...I heard their landlord is on the verge of evicting them for how DISGUSTING their house is (and it is...) and the guys they bid (feels bad hahaha). But I also got a bid from Pi Kapp, who has a nice house, although it is far from campus. they were the best group I fit in with (along with sig pi) and weren’t as DESPERATE for dues-payers as Phi Psi was (the absolute BOTTOM fraternity on campus).
