Lamda is definitely an outlier and not top tier. They are known as the black face fraternity and more than half of their actives dropped after it happened. This left them with less than 40 guys and NO FALL CLASS (Every other house has around 100+ guys). They didn't get any cool new freshman because they all went to other frats. Reading the discussion about them being top makes me laugh because it's just them on here liking and writing their own comments trying to stay relevant on campus. If you're a freshman and curious about greek life, you just need to ask around a bunch - don't trust this site. The original post about stereotypes is decently accurate.
