Phi Psi just because you keep posting that you are the top fraternity at Cal Poly just makes you all look pathetic, No TOP TIER, MIDDLES TIER OR even BOTTOM TIER sorority considers Phi Psi the top fraternity at CP....A fraternity with only 12 members a couple years ago is not considered top tier.
