Actually Lambda Chi was the first fraternity that banned hazing back in the 1950's that is how they have become the fastest growing fraternity in the world with the most active members of any fraternity. Lambda Chi also is considered "top tier" at more universities than the next two fraternities combined (Sigma Chi and SAE) including here at Cal Poly.
