Actually DU is the ONLY REAL fraternity with a purpose built fraternity mansion ( house). ALL other fraternities members live scattered though various apartments or rental houses. Those are NOT REAL fraternities but rather Greek letter clubs, similar to ΚΚΨ the band fraternity. Sort of make believe wanna be fraternities NOT REAL fraternities.
