Hi I will be a freshman attending Cal Poly. My sister already attends and belongs to a sorority. I plan on rushing, she tells me Lambda Chi is the fraternity to shoot for because I guess Lambda Chi is considered the top most prestigious house. I am tall, blond and athletic, and a 4.0 AP high school grad. My sister says Lambda is the most exclusive of all the fraternities and it is hard to get a bid, but she says I will be a shoe in. What other fraternities should I look into as sort of a backup or should I just rush Lambda Chi. Will it be embarassing to be in another fraternity? Which are the best after Lambda?
