Delt - They are the most exclusive and elitist out of the fraternities. Individually there are some great guys but as a group they are looked at as fake and judgmental. They are labeled as "mommy's boy" and preppy. They usually have one of the higher GPAs and are involved on campus. With a new addition to their house and same recruiting tactics, look for them to get another big pledge class. They are still in the top tier. Snu - Some of the most involved guys on campus and always have had a good rep. They are somewhat preppy and hipsterish. This year they seem to be on the decline. Right now their brotherhood is very weak and their is a divide in the house. May not get that big of a pledge class or even quality like previous years and have been losing a lot of guys to Delt and Phi Psi this year. But anything can happen during rush week. Sig Chi - They are usually known as the party house on campus and were a top house before being put on double probation but have barely been open this semester. There is a wide range of guys in the house from both ends of the spectrums of frat and not frat at all but that may be why their brotherhood is one of the strongest. They seem to be getting more involved and somehow they moved up in GPA last year. Heard they are looking at a smaller class but have lost some guys to Phi Psi this year. They will either return to the top or be back in the very middle like the past depending on their new class.
