all sororities have brand new housing. PhiSig, AST, Sigma Kappa, GPhiB, and AOPi had the first round of new housing but this year every sorority will have a new house. Depending on the sorority, some have three story houses and others have two story houses but that just changes how many girls can live in the house at once. As far as interior decorating goes, half of the houses aren't even done yet so even current greeks won't really know what other houses look like until recruitment season. You gotta remember though that it is a sorority house and they can't have parties in the houses, so they are all very nice and well kept. The only new house that I would call disgusting is AlphSig but you can't expect much from a frat house.
