Alpha Sigma Phi definitey has the best house, Sigma Pi is a close second. 3rd would be Delta Upsilon, 4th is Sigma Phi epsilon. DU and Sigep are a distant 3rd and 4th because they dont have actual houses but apartment complexes that many brothers live in, but DU gets the nod because they at least have a common area with their basement. Boltwood kind of sucks but its the best Sigep can really do so its better than nothing
