yes, that's true. But local CPC has made a lot of the regulations more strict. Like social media. And just to demonstrate how silly the food thing is, local CPC (not NPC) decided that we had to have cut fruit and couldn't use a melon baller because not everyone could afford a melon baller (which is like $5 at walmart)... That's the point at which it gets out of hand
