The number one thing you should look at is the personalities of the brothers - do they seem like people you would enjoy hanging out with for the next 4 to 5 years or not. Look at their seniors - do they resemble what you want to be like in 4 years? This is way more important than who they have mixers with or how they do in greek week or how many chapters they have in Texas.
